Summary: They were both from a small town in Washington, when they were accepted to one of the best music schools in New York, Julliard. But a trip from a small town, to big city, might not be the easiest thing for the two.

Teaser:

I started to sing when I was seven, due to something so tragic. When I was seven, my dad was shot in the chest during work, while I was in school. I had always been shy since then, and it didn’t help that my dad was my rock. He had been rushed to the hospital, and my mother picked me up early from school, worried and terrified at the same time, about herself, me, and my unborn brother.
